Gout Relief Reviews answers:

Ken asks…

Are my translations correct? (French to English) Homework.?

Here’s what I translated:
1. We are both mammals
2. We have technology and dignity.
3. (confusion) To read and write it is necessary to practice.
4. Good food pleases the senses of taste
5. Not having hot water for a shower. Especially while in the shower.

And here’s my translation:
1. Nous sommes les deux mammifères
2. Nous avons la technologie et la dignité.
3. (confusion) il est nécessaire de la lire et écrire de pratiquer.
4. La bonne nourriture satisfait les sens du goût
5. Ne pas avoir l’eau chaude pour une douche. Particulièrement tandis que dans la douche.

Are they correct translations?

Carol asks…

my dad is really bothering me, please answer?

My dad never really grew up from when he was a kid, in high school he was the ‘class clown’ and i guess it was okay back then, but now he is still that same old stupid kid. He is never really a father to me, nor a friend, he just sits there on the sofa talking trough the whole movie drinking his beer and eating junk food. He is dangerously overweight and refuses to accept it. this bothers me because i would still like to have a father when i am in college. He has a number of illnesses that would go away if he would loose weight, or just get slightly better, for example, his gout. i think that is how it is spelled at least, but things that irritate it such as bacon, he eats almost every day, and not just some, he eats a whole package. its like he doesnt care if he gets to see me graduate from college, get married, have kids… and all that he is supposed to look forward to. I know i am jumping around here, but please keep reading.

So aside from that, he swears in every single sentence. and even when it is not needed… he is so racist it is unbelievable. He cant call african americans by any other name than the n word. whe he sees japanese people, or asians he has nothing but negative statements. Dont even get me started on Russians… its horrible and i hate it so much!

When i was younger my father would punish me for the slightest thing, such as accidentally knocking over a vase. he would go get his ‘leather belt’ and smack me all over very hard, i would get bruises all over my body for weeks. I was very stubborn then, and still am, but every time he would hit me, i would just get even more angry, when he would say ‘STOP CRYING RIGHT NOW OR I WILL HIT YOU AGAIN!’ i would scream even louder. now he just curses at me and calls me a spoiled b****.

He is rarely home, because he works in a chemical plant in saudi arabia, we had to move to bahrain to be ‘closer to him’ after they had just told me that we were never leaving the states (we had moved several times before) i was crying every night for a year before i could function properly. Now i am enjoying it here, but every time he comes home i have to just stay in my room, at a friends house, or go running to avoid any contact with him. If i talk to him, then things just get awkward and we both end up walking away…

once again im sorry that this was so confusing, i dont know how to put everything in words, i have never been too good with words, but please try your best to answer. my simplified question is: how can i make things better, (PLEASE DONT SUGGEST TALKING ABOUT IT TO HIM, I TRIED ONCE MADE THINGS WORSE) or how can i just deal with it???
im 13 by the way

Chris asks…

Liver function test and fasting lipid profile in the morning, how long do I fast b4 I take the test?

I just want to know if I can have any liquids after midnight or not. I know that I can’t have any food, but I am hoping that I can at least have water. I am going to the Cardiologist Wedn. and they are wanting to update and make sure that my tests results previously was correct. They must have been elevated, I don’t know, they didn’t tell me anything. I feel like I need a total blood work-up, since there are a lot of inconsistencies in all of the numbers.
My eGFR is elevated. This is what it said on my report. Note: A persistant eGFR 59 mL/min/1.73 m2 with an elevated urine protein may aso indicate chronic kidney disease.
I am confused. My eGFR was 97 mL/min/1.73 m2…so, that means that since I have just a trace of protein in my Urinalysis Gross exam.
I have other results that weren’t right. My RBC and Hemoglobin(5.7 out of what should have been 5.6) and Hematocrit were all elevated above the normal limits. My PH level was high, I noticed and my alkaline was 110 out of 150. My Uric Acid Serum was 4.1 and said theraputic target for Gout was 59 mg/dL is considered a negative risk factor for CHD. Then, it has these numbers: VLDL Chol. CAL.50 H, LDL Chol. Calc. 150 H, T. Chol./HDL Ratio 5.3 H, Estimated CHD Risk 1.4 H.
Now, I am also severly Vitamin D deficient. My level was 19.1 L
So, what does that mean? Am I at risk 4 a heart attack. I am trying to quit smoking, but it is soo hard, especially when a person is stuck in bed. I can do it, but it is taking some time. I am just worried @ my heart, kidney and liver…so much, to worry @, but if there is anyone that can tell me something, I would appreciate it sooo much. Thank u 4 listening to all of my problems and I know everyone has problems of their own and anyone that takes the time to help someone else is an ANGEL…to me…4 sure.:))) <3 Just sufffering here in Arkansas…in a hole..basically stuck in bed…READY TO GET OUT. God Bless always.:)))<3 Karen
I am sorry @ all of what I wrote, but just going through so much with so much information to give and wish someone could understand. It is a lot, granted, but I do have that many symptoms and problems. I know it is hard to feel what someone else is going through, but I am dealing with something serious, I just know it and because my heart is involved now. I am scared when I had some strong pains right over my heart today. I was in the tub and I having some grabbing kind of pain. I am going to my PCP in the morning, so I am thinking I have some kind of infection, although have a lot that leans to Osteomylitis and that is scary. It does go with Diabetes too.
I had a bone spur removal back in '89 and did fine with the surgery, but tonight my jawbone stayed out for a little while and I remembered how I felt when I had my jaw just lock up on me.
I also have the numbness that is always there, in which makes me to think it could be a compressed nerve somewhere or maybe it could be an infecti

Gout Relief Reviews answers:

It is quite understandable about having anxiety about the Nuclear Scan testing
being done, considering you have had problems with another test.
A Medical Doctor has to be present when you have this testing done.
I would request to be sure to let the doctor/nurse know about your borderline
diabetes, as they may take your glucose levels before doing this test.

The kidneys filter many things from our blood. If you think of the kidneys
as a filter with fenestrations (holes)…then it makes understanding this
alot easier. If something can not go through the holes, it will stay in
the blood; if it can go through the holes, it will go into the urine.
Some of the things that can are the Creatinine (a byproduct from the
use of our muscles) and BUN (blood urea nitrogen, a byproduct of
our Body’s use of proteins). However, larger molecules…like proteins
should not go through, but be returned to the blood.
Creatinine test and Bun tests are two other tests that the doctor looks at to
determine a kidney problem. GFR stand for Glomerular
Filtration Rate which measure how fast the fluid moves through
the filter. If the rates is lower than normal…it signifies that the
patient may be dehydrated (since fluids help move it through faster or
that the kidneys are not functioning as well because of damage).
If the rates are higher, it may means that the holes are larger and
the proteins are slipping through (best seen through an urinalysis
test).
The doctor has to compare all the different tests to determine if
there may be a kidney problem. He may even do film testing
to look at the kidneys.

Many things can affect the results of these tests. People do
have higher and lower results than normal…slightly higher
or lower doesn’t seem to be a problem unless they stay
this through more testing being done. Normal lab tests
ranges vary, per laboratory doing the test and are not
set in stone.

Your uric acid levels are fine and you are unlikely to
get gout if they stay this way. Being below 6 in this
case is a good thing.

You cholesterol/triglyceride levels are high. You stated that
you have lost weight. If this test was high after you lost the weight,
it may be because of a hereditary condition and not from what
you ate. People are placed on Statin drugs to help bring these
levels down and all are at risk of having a heart problem.
The doctor will adjust this medication according to what your
future tests show.

Any chest pain should be checked out immediately. It could be
acid reflux or heartburn…but it could also be a heart attack.
The faster help is gotten, then less damage there could be to
the heart muscle itself.

The doctor may start you on medications to raise you Vit D levels.
Being out in the sun for about 15 minutes a day also will help your
body absorb more and by some of the foods you eat.

I hope your testing goes well and that this information has
been of some help to you. Best wishes

John asks…

Pain in my Big Toe really hurts?

m 16 years old and there is a painful feeling at the top area of my big toe around my nail. It is swollen and is a red purple colour, it hurts when I touch it or apply to much pressure on it. There is also an area of yellow colour on the skin at the base of my big toe nail, its feels like pins and needles.

I have never gotten something like this before and I don’t think I hit it on anything, it kind started hurting a couple nights ago, but Its not as bad as it was a couple of nights ago. I can pretty much walk on it but it still hurts. I’m kinda overweight and don’t really have the best lifestyle (quite a lot of junk food and not much exercising), and I don’t have an ingrown toe nail. I looked it up and I think it might be Gout but I am not sure.

Any help or advice would be great and I thank you in advance :)

Jenny asks…

My manager is a short fat lazy mexican who plays too much world of warcraft and is having problems at work…?

All the employees hate him because he is always angry and yelling at everyone, but the staff is good people who do a fantastic job. Does this happen to a lot of people when they play too much world of warcraft. Theres another guy who plays too and he just started and he doesn’t even have to work or do anything and our manager is always giving him free food. What should I do? I also noticed he is balding really badly and he is only like 24. Maybe he has some medical problems? We asked him to see a doctor and he won’t go. He gets gout and complains of chest pains then makes people make him a large pizza after he already ate like 3 or 5 meals at work. What would you do or say?

Gout Relief Reviews answers:

I don’t know if this is serious or just a troll. But with ignorance you’re not going to reach out at all. First realize World of Warcraft is just a video game…a fun one that people spend tons of time on. Although i admit with this lifestyle its just being counterproductive. If you actually care though, about him, which would be absolutely great, help him out. Become his friend and help him from there. Someone telling you to get checked out or whatever wouldn’t really mean anything to you would it? Unless it’s said in a specific way or from a friend and said properly. That eating is seriously bad too, and those problems. I’d become friends with him, use psychology, make him want to be healthy and eat less. Friends…girls…fun…life. Letting it all just waiste away when he’s 30 gonna wish he had lived his young age. Just need to open his eyes.

I really hope you succeed. And that you’re manager changes and can live a happy life.

Donald asks…

Serious life determining family question. Help!?

Lately, my Dad had a series of a gout. After about 4 days of having it, he failed a test at his job so he has to study for about 2 weeks again on the topic. He picked me up today after school after my debate class ended. Instead of walking home, he came to pick me up. After I came home, I started to read a little bit of anime/manga on the internet for about an hour. He got mad at me because he came to pick me up but I was doing wasn’t studying. After going back into his room, my mom came from Houston with my grandparents. After my grandparents left to their houses, my mom came inside and prepared dinner. At dinner, I was eating my food and I asked my Dad about making myself a bank account prior to me asking him a week ago. (He agreed to do it) My parents and I started talking about stuff and I asked my Dad if we could go to the bank tomorrow. He then angrily replied about his situation and how he’s sick right now. I then got self-centered and sulky. He then got even more angry when he saw me. He started talking about his situation and said do you think I can go at a situation like this? I replied no it’s ok and put up my plate. He then stood up and started to hit my head that my glasses came off and started to punch me. He then started saying how I was a good-for-nothing person and told me to never ask for a ride again. As I started to cry, I ran out the house with athletic shorts, a t-shirt, and sandals. I sat at a place near a road someplace from my house. After about 1~2hours of thinking and walking on the road, I came back home. (My dad went out to look for me) I came back telling my Mom that I wanted to go to a “shelter” where youths can go. (My mom then explained the situation to me about his stress/struggles etc.) As I heard my Dad park in front of the house, I ran upstairs. When I ran upstairs, my mom told me to either move out or my dad was going to move out. I told her I wanted to move out but my mom said to both move out. I started to pack my things when I heard my dad leave the house with his car. I don’t know if I should go to the shelter and start over or just run away/suicide.
If you could help me in this situation, that would be REALLY kind of you. I’m struggling right now because I don’t know what to do. Please help me with ideas or ways I could fix this situation.

I’m 15years old, Korean, in an average family.

Thanks for reading the long passage. Have a nice day.

Gout Relief Reviews answers:

I am so sorry you’re having such a hard time, sweetie. My father beat me and my sisters brutally when I was living at home. I spent my entire childhood terrified of him, and he did permanent structural damage to all three of us that causes us pain to this day… So I think I might understand how you feel. You are not alone — many of us have been there. But that was long ago and there was nothing anyone could do to help me and my sisters. These days there is much that can be done to help you if you really need help.

Please do not kill yourself!! Life is like a roller coaster for all of us… It goes up to good times and down to bad times, then back up and down over and over. When we are in our bad times, that means good times are ahead of us. Hang on! There are many wonderful, beautiful times ahead of you in life where you will be very happy. Don’t throw your life away; there is nothing wrong with you.

Please do not go to a shelter. There are bad people out there on the street in every town who could hurt you. You need a safe place to go.

Neither one of your parents should have acted like they did. Shame on them both.

If your father normally hits you like that, you need to tell your school counsellor and you need to get help. If abuse can be proven, Child Protective Services can take you out of your home and put you in a foster home where you will have food, shelter, clothing, and hopefully a lot of love. You do not have to live with abuse or be on the street, either one. There are other choices.

If this is the only time your father has acted like this, then it is because he is in terrible pain and he’s not thinking straight because of the pain. In that case, stay out of his way as much as you can and do everything you can to keep peace in your family, and this problem should be over soon. And don’t let his cruel words hurt you because he doesn’t mean them. Neither does your mother if she is under a lot of stress, and it sounds like she is. Sometimes we all do and say things we shouldn’t.

Here is a web site set up to help teens in trouble anywhere in the country, and they have a phone number for you to call.

I will be thinking about you and praying for you. I hope you will let us know how this works out for you and I hope everything works out well. With any luck this was just a once-in-a-lifetime mistake that won’t ever happen again.
